HEADLINES:

The slow clearing will continue through the weekend, with partly sunny skies Saturday and a little more sunshine on Sunday.
Highs this weekend will be in the mid-60s. Memorial Day will be the best of the stretch, with mostly sunny skies and highs near 70 degrees.
NOAA released the 2025 hurricane season forecast on Thursday and it calls for an above average season with 13 to 19 named storms, six to 10 hurricanes and three to five of those could become major. Hurricane season begins June 1.
